Many thanks to the over 40 volunteers who showed up on
Saturday morning to clean the Estero Bluffs.
We met at Killer's Surf Spot — aka Fig Tree Parking Area...
and dispersed to pick up trash primarily paralleling Highway 1.
The trash ranged from tiny pieces of plastic that an animal might ingest to eight feet.
On a beautiful Cayucos morning, in less than 3 hours, almost 200 pounds of trash and recycle were gathered, bagged and weighed
by 35 adults and 7 children.
